Apartment block and coworking Nové Dvory

Our task was to design a development in the area of ​​Nové Dvorov, at Praha 12, and to verify the proposed regulation resulting from the territorial study. Within a decade, this area should be transformed into a modern center that will complement public amenities, expand the lack of commercial amenities and bring new job opportunities. My plot is part of a multifunctional block with a green inner block. It is located near metro D, near the local square and expands the offer of urban public housing and the offer of an increasingly popular style of work - coworking.
