The territory between Vršovice and the part of Prague Michle takes on the character of a railway element, which exerts a limiting pressure on the surrounding urban structure.
All its surroundings are fundamentally subordinate to this element, it is cut through by it without mercy.
The result is a part of the urban structure that, due to the lack of supply of nutrients and oxygen, is dying both on the material level, represented by an unrooted mess of non-city-forming objects, and on the level of human reasoning.
