The city under the railway, Holesovice

Railways are the old arteries of the city. They connect cities, form the city's communication routes and bring life to the city. Over time, railway routes and their nodes go through various transformations. Some are disappearing, new ones are being created and some are undergoing various changes and modernizations. The task is to make this line barrier an attraction. Do not perceive the railway line as an obstacle that divides space, but as a line center of gravity that could act as the center of public space. A center full of amenities, greenery, living spaces and activities. Such a line can simultaneously determine the corridor of pedestrian and bicycle routes, greenery and civic amenities. My architectural-urban design in Prague - Holesovice is based on these assumptions.
