CORNER HOUSE NA PARKÁNECH

The residential block is completely newly created with four apartment buildings. It is located at the intersection of Parkány and Poštovní streets, near the main square. The designed apartment building has five floors. The ground floor has commercial spaces for rent, a bistro and a library. The building offers apartments of various sizes, single-storey and duplex. Typologically, it is a pavilion building with an internal courtyard, which creates a pleasant environment for the residents. An internal opening has been inserted into the original irregular mass to serve as a skylight and internal courtyard for the residents. The connection with the surroundings was solved by two passageways, which at the same time articulate the original massive shape.
