Multifunctional house Zenklova

The proposed building is located between Zenklova and Františka Kladlece streets in Horní Libeň, Prague 8. The configuration of the terrain and contours served as a reference for the design of the form of the building. The building is divided into four parts - a restaurant, two residential parts and a gallery. On the underground floor there are parking spaces for both cars and trucks, basement cubicles, places for placing boxes (alza, croissant). The first floor includes commercial space for rent: offices, dining room, cafe, restaurant, shops, bookstore, fitness center, gallery and also the entrance to the residential area. The lobby of the residential part has a glass atrium that connects all floors and is lit from above by daylight.
