Linear Hybdrid - Smíchov
Annotation
The urbanistic-architectural design Linear Hybrid deals with the theme of the waterfront in the Prague-Smichov district. Residential, cultural, sports, and recreational functions complement each other on a strongly linear plot of approximately 500x30m with a south-north orientation. The six-story point apartment buildings with a rentable ground floor in the southern part are also connected by footbridges to the level of the road parallel to the designed embankment, the single-story pavilions in the northern part with their walk-on roof at the level of the road and the staircases connected to them create an additional inter-level connection. The main entrances to the area in the northern and southern parts are linked by a promenade following the edge of the seafront.
