TOWNHOUSES NA FRANTIŠKU

The project consists of 12 townhouses situated in the part of the Old Town in Prague called Na Františku. The houses are really thin (only 3,8 m) as a reaction to the small family houses located on the plot before. But according to the strong vertical character they have a generous living space. Thanks to that (and its lucrative location with a view of the Vltava river) are the townhouses luxurious. Although they don't look that different from the outside, there are three types of the interior layout so that everyone can choose a house according to their preferences.
