Urban housing in Čáslav

The design of the new dwelling house deals with the solution of the gap site located in Dusíkova Street, which is one of the main access roads to the historical centre of Čáslav. The house offers apartments of various sizes, layouts are 1+1, 2+1, 3+kc and 4+kc. There are four apartment units on each floor, where the apartments at receding floor have an outdoor terrace. The surface of the facade consists of white stucco in combination with structured plaster of the same color, applied in a vertical direction. My main idea was to create a simple and elegant building that would carry the same elements of the surrounding buildings in Čáslav and not to disturb the overall impression.
