Residence Brick

Residence Brick is located in Prague, Malá Strana. The land is bordered on two sides by neighboring buildings. Therefore, the task of this studio was not only to solve the building itself and its appearance, but also to think about the interaction with the surroundings. The new five-story building is the same height as the neighboring building. The house has 2 entrances (the first to the yard, the second to the covered parking) and 3 entrances (one to the living area and two to the commercial premises). The house contains a range of 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments.
