The proposal focuses on the road between the Jizerni Vtelno intravilan and the lower boundary of the extravilan. The potential of the highest point of Jizerní Vtelno called Popluží was also used for the overall design. The main proposal in the area is the aforementioned road termination, which is inspired by the nearby railway line located below the slope of the main proposal Konečná. The Konečná proposal serves for gathering, but also for contemplation while looking through the greenery at the picturesque landscape. Due to the lack of greenery, the proposed avenue along the main road is made of fruit trees. Fruit trees are also used for a smaller avenue, which is part of the design of the Popluží lookout, from which it is possible to see, for example, Bezděz and Ještěd.
