Annotation

To create a private but also a public place, hidden from the surroundings and at the same time connected with it. I design 4 apartment buildings that naturally wind into the plot and create a place of privacy and intimacy. I am trying to create a compromise between living on the outskirts of Prague in a house and closer to the center in an apartment building, where we can feel similar. Gardens in inner blocks. Recreation. Space for children to grow up outdoors. Lunch on the terrace... I allow the public to enter one of the inner blocks and rest on a bench under the trees, to shorten the journey to Grébovka and to sit in front of the cafe along the way. The apartments are open on two sides. I create bays from the common space and leave it to the residents to determine the level of privacy.
