There are variety of apartments, which differ not only by the number of rooms, but also by the net area. Different standard isn’t spottable at first sight, so that the social differences stay behind the closed door. Yard is accessible through the passages, small cross section won’t encourage passers-by to enter, but allows them to socially control the area. The width is tempering, so that the yard insolation usability and intensity can be maximised. Building underlines the concept of residential housing and delivers concepts consistent with today’s living requirements.
