RESIDENTIAL BUILDING SOUKENICKÁ

The apartment building is located in Soukenická Street, in the Petrská quarter. The development in this street began to take shape during the Gothic period, on the basis of which long plots were formed, which are still adapting to today's needs. I created two buildings, each with its own communication core. The main entrance to the building on the street is located in a car passage, parallel to which is a walkway leading to a semi-private space between the buildings. The entrance to the second building is located in this area behind the first building. On the first and second floors are cafe, office spaces and studios. Both buildings have 8 floors, 6 of which have apartments (30 in total). The front facade follows and complements the dynamic of the street thanks to the terraces.
