Na Františku gap

The apartment building is located on a lucrative and long unused plot of land in the historic center of Prague next to the Na Františku hospital. With its L-shape, the building closes the gap between the houses and at the same time provides a backyard hidden from the street. The ground floor of the house provides variable rentable spaces and two entrances to the upper floors. There are a total of 31 apartments of different sizes with different numbers of rooms on these five floors. There is an accessible roof garden on the roof of the house.
