Apartment building - Koh-i-noor Waldes

Modern housing located in the axis of the newly created urban block on the site of the former place of the Koh-i-noor Waldes factory. On a small plot and surrounded on both sides, the house is clearly defined by the front and rear facades. The outdoor galerie transversely divides the house into two spatial units, which are shifted relative to each other and connect to the neighboring houses. The seemingly simple division allowes for clear zoning and easy communication.
