Urban bin with increased durability

One of the two semester assignments was to design an urban bin with increased durability, which will meet all the requirements (assembly from as few components as possible, easy handling, fixation to the floor, canopy, volume of 50 l) and at the same time will work aesthetically in the PPR and in other environments of Prague (perhaps some modification for a specific part of Prague). The waste bin designed in the spirit of Czech cubism was created in cooperation with the Experimental Centre of the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Czech Technical University. The resistance of the bin is ensured by ballistic resistant composite and the galvanized insert allows easy handling of the waste.
