With the design of the new railway, the revitalization of its surroundings is also considered here. The new plan envisages a higher attractiveness of the surroundings - there are markets, art spaces, cafes, hotels, parks and apartments. An apartment building with a city library is proposed in Parkány Street. Two new buildings are proposed on the other side of the railway (Raisova Street). Even though these are new structures, I am preserving the functions of the old demolished buildings. Their functions are significant for the city. It is a fire station and
