Main topic is completing the missing block by the town hall. Three new apartment houses located just next to the city center are filling up this missing part of town and dont interrupt historic street line. The theme is opening narrow alley Radniční, which is one of the connections to the city center itself. Design of our apartment building in this area should respect historic face of the city, horizontal shaping, completing missing urban shapes and keep the functional aspects of Náchod. We have teamed up with neighbouring apartment houses and made a new inner block, passage, opened the parterre and made new lucrative places for living. Resident of the house now have the opportunity to find little bit of peace and silence in the very city center.
