The construction of the train line gave the block a different character, dividing it into pieces. A new tension arose between the curve of the embankment and the grid of the original subdivision. The tension, when the track bit the structure, remains in the designs, it is only transformed into a different form, a full-scale completion of the block, with housing, a community center and two galleries. The new masses are defined by permeability, thanks to which alleys and courtyards with views are created.
