APARTMENT BUILDING

I am proposing an apartment building in the northern block of the "Nové Dvory" apartment complex. My house project is located in the middle of our property. It is approx. 15 meters high, shorter in width than the neighboring houses and this space serves as a courtyard for the residents. I wanted the house to be as comfortable as possible for different categories of people, so I placed apartments of different types such as: 2kk, 3kk, 4kk and even studios. Based on the slope of the land the entrance to the apartment building is made on the mezzanine. Next to the entrance on the left is also the entrance to the garage, leading to two floors. The garage will also be used by neighboring houses.
