Annotation

The coziness of a home reaching through the courtyard into the street, spreading between buildings and neighbours .Building a community in a metropolitan city without taking away the choice of anonymity. A community with a clear identity, which doesn't draw attention to itself. Are the people of Prague able to greet each other in the hallway or to ask a neighbour for a corkscrew when they need to open a bottle of wine? Can they wash their clothes in the same room or have a talk while smoking a cigarette on a shared porch? Of course they can but they still don't want to admit it. The designs looks for the greatest qualities in the phenomena and primary aspects of the Vršovice district and synthesis them into something contemporary.
