Where Vršovická street in Prague meets the inner city creek Botič lies an unsightly brownfield. A new city block containing 5 houses came out of a collective effort. The goal is to bring back the character of the city and offer opportunities for commerce, density, activites but also calmer green space a new waterfront, and places to stop and relax.
