Apartment house by the Radbuza River

Pilsen, like all cities, has its unsolved places. In one of them, we jointly propose a new city block. The location is ideal for a new development, situated on the axis of the historic centre and the train station. With the new block, we are trying to preserve the character of a classic urban development while bringing something of contemporary architecture to the city. My proposal is located right on the waterfront at Radbuza. It is a corner plot right on the pedestrian street that connects the centre via a new footbridge to the station. The building offers multi-bedroom apartments with a view of the river or the new square and smaller apartments with a view of the courtyard. On the ground floor there are, among other things, two retail shops.
