Apartment house

Plzeň is a beautiful city with a historic center that can be found just a short distance from the Plzeň Train Station. In most cities, we can find undeveloped areas that need attention. We are designing a new block in one of these areas. Thanks to its location, it has great potential - it is located on the axis between the train station and the historical center of Plzeň. On my plot which has about 2000 m², I am designing an apartment house that separates the newly created square nad Ukrainská street. The first two floors are devoted mainly to commerce and administration. The next four floors are typical floors with 18 apartments per floor connecting the four vertical communications. The typical floor is followed by two receding floors. Almost all apartments have balconies.
