My part of the apartment complex is located on the south of the property.
The lower floor has a commercial function - a commercial area.
Above it are three residential floors. The size of the apartments ranges from 50 m2 to 120 m2.
The roof has a green roof function.
Below the floors there is also a two-storey car park for the residents of the building.
