Regulatory plan - Kralupy nad Vltavou

The regulatory plan creates conditions for development that does not forget the public interest. The goal of the regulation was to create a new city quarter that will be welcoming to all groups of residents, a modern and ecological school campus, a transport infrastructure balanced for different types of transport, an accessible and residential bank of the Vltava and an open city library and elementary art school.
