Spatial plan - Kralupy nad Vltavou

The spacial plan of Kralupy nad Vltavou is based on the urban planning project of the summer semester 2022. Our vision for Kralupy nad Vltavou was a City in motion, meaning the immigration of young professionals with their families, the development of the economy and opportunities for recreation. The spatial plan includes the entire territory of the municipality, it allows for further development of Kralupy, but deliberately keeps it in the already built-up area, so as not to occupy the very fertile agricultural land. The proposal adds necessary civic amenities, improves connections in the landscape and creates a continuous network of public spaces using the existing qualities of the area and correcting problematic nodes.
