The meander of Botič, the site between the busy Vršovicka street and the Bohemians stadium. Existing parking lot. I close the last quadrant with my form and create a calm oasis in a bustling city. Through open communications, I connect blocks and people. I am letting the surrounding landscape into they yard. I make Botič available. I connect the banks.
