MILANO STUDENT HOUSING

The dormitory is located in the historical center of Milan in the immediate near the university degli Studi di Milano. It is located in the southern tip of the site to complete the intersection, while it is slightly recessed so that a piazzetta was created in front of the building, which will also serve for outdoor seating of the café on the ground floor. It provides spaces serving both long-term and short-term housing. For students in shared apartments or separate units, visiting professors in the corner parts of the building with corner balconies and views of the park. Most of the land is preserved for greenery, used for the stay and relaxation of students and leisure outdoor activities. On the upper floors there are additional areas for the development of body and spirit.
