Maisonettes Nove Dvory

The apartment building is located in the north of our designing area Nové Dvory. The house is closely connected to the other three apartment buildings in the block and shares most of the semi-private space with them. Families with children are the target group. The concept is a set of four maisonettes. Atypical of the layout of the entire house's communication staircase is that it runs from 1NP to 3NP, as only here are the entrances to the flats. The facades with French windows are designed with a concrete spatula. Also important is the regular raster of the facade, which is softened by wooden trellis with vines.
