CORPORATE HOUSING

This apartment building is located on Durychova Street in the northern part of the planned centre of Nové Dvory. The building forms a kind of transition between the low houses in the Tempo colony and the high residential buildings in the centre. The subject of the proposal is housing for employees of an international company that is pleasant to live in, but where space is also used efficiently. The house contains both apartments for the middle management of the company as well as two large duplex apartments for the senior managers. The facades of the house are made of brick, elements of greenery and copilites.
