New center with urban living at Metro station D. The Model site prepared in cooperation with a newly established Prague company offers a number of plots for the design of residential buildings, polyfuction houses and civic buildings. Based on the cooperation of the studios Kohout-Tichý, Juha-Tuček, Stempel-Beneš and Tesař, the entire site will be processed and then presented to the management of the capital city of Prague. The plot processed by me is part of a block of three buildings that shares a courtyard with the original historic building.
