CO-LIVING NOVÉ DVORY

The proposed co-living apartment building, located in the Nové Dvory district on Durychová street, is part of the construction of low-rise buildings that form a transition between the development of low-rise Tempo family houses and the high-rise buildings of Nové Dvory. It is intended for people who do not want to commit to buying a property, but prefer to live together in apartment units in the city, for example for financial reasons. That is why the house is divided into two two-story housing units, which contain common social spaces and private spaces of the 1+KK type. The facade of the brick-clad building is illuminated by large French windows with aluminum frames. The roof of the proposed apartment building is equipped with vegetation.
