Comet

A Comet flying from Botič to the north. Three residential buildings on the river bank in Prague 4 - Michle. The three structures are located on the border of the plot, in response to its shape and the position of the surrounding buildings. The disposition creates a public park, while at the same time it provides a private garden on the roofs. The size of the buildings balances the height difference between the family house, the administrative building and the prefabricated tower block on the other side of the area. All three types of apartments with layouts of 3-room and 4-room flats have their own loggia, which offers a view over Botič. The 2-room apartments offer a view over Tyršův vrch.
