The Marie Charousková palace

The Marie Charouskové Palace is located in the northern part of the park in Klárov in Prague. The place was chosen in honour of a student who was shot by a Russian soldier in 1968. The palace is designed for the needs of students and the wider public and offers a study room, restaurant and hall. The building has three entrances and enters into a circular atrium. The facade is clad in copilits, which form a barrier between the intrusive surroundings and let light into the interior.
