Material Library

Tram loop in Dlabačov, is a place at the interface of different urban structures. It is located on the border of a medieval structure, a combination of block and housing estate development and a villa structure. In the past, it was a high-capacity transport point for participants of Sokolov meetings and Spartakiads. At the corner of Vaníčkova and Bělohorské Streets I propose a library of materials - Materioteka. It is an educational institution with an archive of innovative materials. The volume of the library stands out from the mass, attracting attention with large-scale patterns on the facade. The library is equipped with a café and a lecture room on the ground floor, with separate study rooms on the typical floors and a seating area on the roof with screening facilities.
