The Vlkov's quarry, Kind of different village centre
Annotation
Vlkov, a South Bohemian village between ponds, lacks a functioning village square - a space where its inhabitants and visitors could meet and organise common events. The relatively close location of the quarry site to the centre of the village and the open space creates a potential environment for the creation of an alternative village square connecting residents and visitors with the ubiquitous water environment.
