Marie Charouskova's house

In Prague's Klárov district, on the site of the former house No.56, a student, Marie Charousková, was shot by a Soviet soldier when she was only 26 years old. In honour of this unfortunate event, I propose an apartment building dedicated to young student mothers with children. The apartment building serves to provide a place for mothers to study, to support each other and to meet. At the same time, it is open to the public on the ground floor, thanks to a café and the Marie Charousek Gallery. The building follows the line of the sidewalk and road in the northern part of the park. The open atrium with passageways connects to important places in Klárovo and the historic centre of Prague.
