Albatros 498.0

The design of the Albatros 489.0 is located along the railway line. The houses are designed to be partially embedded in the rail barrier, to which they also adapt in terms of their internal layout. The design also includes a connection under the railway line. The houses have 5 floors and an underground garage with one-way traffic. The ground floor and 2nd floor are covered by a barrier in the southern part, shaping both the layout of the apartments and the staircase connecting them. There is a relocation of the staircase in the 3rd floor, which frees up space on the now uncovered south facade. The individual apartments are divided into a day and night zones, located following the orientation of the apartments.
