CIVITAS – revitalization project of the southern part of the city of Přerov nad Labem deals with the revitalization of the area in this part of the city. The project includes the construction of a new promenade around the castle and the restoration of the so-called "south embankment" of the Salvátor pond, including a new pedestrian zone with a view of the church. Furthermore, the design of a new "southern" village with a fountain and three linden trees is planned, which will be supplemented with two new bus stops.
Part of the project is also the relocation of the main road in a new SW direction, during which a second southern semi-trailer was newly designed. The project aims to increase the attractiveness of the southern part of the village and provide residents with quality public space.
