The JAMA

The footbridge is located at the crossing of the Krakonošova cesta and Boudecký brook near Kotelní Jam in the Giant Mountains. It is located on the forest hiking trail leading from Horní Mísečky to Rokytnice nad Jizerou. The design concept is based on sustainability and simplicity with respect to nature. The lowered railing is inspired by the mountain peaks and thus resembles the simplified shape of the Kotelní Jáma. The footbridge is designed as an all-timber bridge made of larch wood, so that it fits in with the surrounding environment as well as possible.
