The concept of the urban design is a recreational path starting in the vicinity of the powerplant, from which the territory opens up into the landscape towards the north. The route from the power plant has been designed for several stops throughout the territory, while it stops in Turkov forrest, by industrial parks, by the lake, and continues along the river towards the Hlučín gravel pit. From the heavy industrial environment in the south, a person can reach the newly proposed buildings via the proposed route, and moving northward, he can escape from the urban environment to the untouched landscape of the Hlučín Gravel area. The design of the territory connects the existing development and industrial parks, of which everything is preserved and nothing is demolished. In the territ
