Public building as an initiator of change. Change from a traffic square to a full-fledged public space. Public space moderated by schools, a church, a new library. A library – centre of the community. Community, the heart of a city.
I shrink the square, I make the church garden accessible. I calm down the traffic. A boulevard on the side, a promenade along the wall. The library reflects spatial inquiries of the public space. It's defined by it, It highlights its qualities.
