Coworking Tábor

In Tábor, in the district of Nové Město, at the corner of Tyršova and Fugnetova streets, you will find my plot of land. I propose the establishment of coworking spaces with the aim of bringing something new to the town and providing people from Tábor with the opportunity to work in their hometown instead of commuting to larger cities. My design focuses on dividing the building into three sections according to the type of workspace. I will create an environment for creative and team work, cater to technically inclined employees, and also offer a space for those who prefer a tranquil environment. A notable feature is the terrace on the 4th floor, providing a beautiful view of the rest of Tábor. The facade will be constructed using a heavy outer shell until the 3rd floor, transitioning to ma
