Multifunctional parking garage

A multi-purpose parking building is located in Jablonec nad Nisou on a sloping terrain. The task was to create a number of parking spaces within reach of the existing train station and the planned transport terminal. The building also serves as a pedestrian connection between 5. května Street and the upper train station. This is achieved through a staircase and a tower - a beacon serving as an observation deck. It thus creates a trio of visually similar vertical landmarks together with the town hall and the church. On the ground floor, there is a medium-sized store. Additionally, two residential buildings have been implemented into the project, with their communication cores connecting to the parking floors below them, allowing residents to have their own garage level.
