RADOTÍN | ON THE BANK OF THE BEROUNKA RIVER

The aim of the project was to create new development opportunities in the area with a higher density of buildings in low-rise buildings. The key element in the concept is the main axis, which stretches directly from the train station to the bank of the Berounka River. This axis smoothly connects the development with the center of Radotín, thus creating an opportunity for a new local center to emerge in the proposed area. The concept is divided into five units, each has its own use. These five units create a compact low-rise development with sufficient amenities within a short walking distance.
