Regulatory plan Ostrava - Pod ˇ6ofinkou

Malevich paints a black square on a white background and seeks a balance between these two elements. At first, it seems that the black square draws all the attention to itself and the white background is neglected. But for the synergy to work, both elements equally. One supports the other and one without each other cannot live alone. This is what I came to when I was working on the Regulatory Plan, when at first my attention was drawn only to the composition of the new development and neglected the public spaces. Over the course of the semester, I finally came to the conclusion that the "empty" space between blocks is as important, if not more so, than the block development and must support each other.
