"4 on the hill"

The goal of the project was to find solutions for the overall plot of land, where in the future there should be a 2nd grade elementary school building with a multi-purpose hall and an indoor swimming pool, as well as family houses with, let's say, a vaguely demarcated public space, as well as apartment buildings providing a place to live not only for families or individuals but also many workers from the nearby Chříč brewery. The urbanism of the land is conceived in such a way that it makes meaningful use of the expected pedestrian and car traffic and reacts by placing the types of buildings to the related noise level. The apartment buildings themselves form a complex of 4 identical buildings and respond to the slope of the terrain with their arrangement.
