COMMUNITY HOUSING FOR SENIORS

The community housing is intended for senior residents from Hradištko and close neighbourhood. The design of the building includes 51 apartments for 55 seniors, a canteen, a rehabilitation room, an accommodation office and a reception. In addition, those staying here can use the exercise room on the second, social areas and a laundry room. The building is surrounded by greenery, adjacent to the garden with a greenhouse and flower beds. The inner block of the building is equipped with furniture for relaxing under leafy trees, and in the summer months it is possible to eat on the terrace of the dining room. 1-room apartments are equipped with a living room with a bedroom, a bathroom with a toilet, an entrance area with a small kitchen unit and a common terrace with views of the courtyard.
