VERDE OASIS

The VERDE OASIS project represents a balcony apartment building with a commercial ground floor located in the center of Prague. The design focuses on maximizing the use of greenery in vertical and horizontal spaces to create a harmonious and calming environment in the midst of a busy city. In addition to comfortable living, the building also offers two commercial spaces - a café and a shop - which activate the street. Emphasis is placed on sufficient natural light, ventilation, and privacy in individual apartments, which have access to balconies and terraces surrounded by greenery. The entire project responds to the needs of modern living and brings an innovative and sustainable approach to architecture in the center of Prague.
